A analysis shows which airports, with punctuality and a high level of service quality and the passengers make for a good atmosphere. The Rank List.

The air passenger rights company, Airhelp, in addition to an Airline's Rating, a rank list of airports that are recommended from a passenger point of view – or not. In the process, three factors have to be incorporated in the judgment: punctuality (weighting 45%) , quality of service (45 per cent), as well as picture of the mood of the travelers (10 percent).

The criterion of punctuality is calculated on the basis of the punctuality of flights during the last few travel seasons. Delays of less than 15 minutes are considered to be on time. The assessment of the quality of service is based on data from the consulting company Skytrax. In the process, cleanliness, comfort and furnishings of the Terminals, efficiency of operations and Service of the airport staff are put to the test.

In order to determine the mood of the passengers, analyzed, Airhelp, such as a positive or negative way, passengers talk about their experiences at the airport on Twitter. For the Ranking in 2017, more than 136,000 English-language Tweets were evaluated.
