Iberia empower flagship lounge in Madrid

The Spanish airline has renewed the Premium Lounge at Madrid-Barajas airport. Peace seekers, wine lovers and children come into the Iberia Lounge.

A quarter more space – this is a result of the General overhaul, the Iberia of its flagship lounge at Aeropuerto de Madrid Barajas Adolfo Suárez has missed. From now on, passengers on 2500 square meters in front of a long-haul flight can relax. This means that the Velázquez Premium Lounge can accommodate in the satellite building of Terminal 4, now up to 500 guests at a time.

The Spanish airline has not only created more space. The premises have been completely redesigned. The Velázquez Lounge was named after the Spanish Baroque painter – a new buffet area, where guests are cold and warm dishes and Desserts. In the new Vinothek 13 Spanish Red, 8 Spanish White and a Spanish rosé wine, you can choose, as well as various Beers and spirits. Who wants it exclusive, also to the Restaurant with Spanish and international cuisine.

Relax in the chaise lounge

All the chairs and tables in the new Lounge of Iberia in Madrid have USB and power outlets, so passengers can work easily. For small meetings, a small conference room is ready.
