With these business jets, Bombardier needs to have success
The canadian aircraft manufacturer focuses on business jets. Now Bombardier has received the green light for two key new models.
In the autumn of 2018, UBS analysts came to the conclusion: In the last few years have dominated the Gulfstream the market of business jets with large cabins. However, a competitor Bombardier had holes in three of the hopefuls in the start-up. "With the Global 7500, the first delivery is approaching, finally, and the recent launch of the updated Global 5500 and 6500, we see Bombardier's market share win back, which was lost in the last decade at Gulfstream," it said in a study conducted by the Bank.
Since then, a lot has happened: Gulfstream has positioned itself with G500 and G600 new. And the end of 2018, Bombardier delivered the first Global 7500. Now, the canadian authority, Transport Canada has certified in September 2019, the Global 5500 and Global 6500. For the slightly larger variant of the canadian manufacturer has announced the start of operation at a customer.
