Smurfs or architect for Brussels Airlines

Brussels Airlines is looking for a Design for its fifth machine of Belgian special paint. Two drafts are now in the final.

A "Belgian idea, or Person" – that was the theme, the pretended Brussels Airlines. Since the beginning of August, the airline adopted, in a public competition proposals. The winning design will be the fifth special paint of the aircraft of the Lufthansa subsidiary. Not less than 1415 proposals were submitted.

Now, a Jury has now selected two finalists. One of the two designs is in the future, adorned with an Airbus A320 of Brussels Airlines. In March, the machine with the new painting will be presented to the Public.

All can vote

But first, anyone up to the age of 24 months. September online, which is the design of a no-win vote. Firstly, there are the Smurfs from Marta Mascellani. The Belgian cartoonist Peyo created the droll figures in 1958, under the French name les Schtroumpfs. The Other proposal is Art Nouveau/Horta of Ahmet Sefer. He is dedicated to the Belgian art Nouveau Architect Victor Horta.
