Enter Air gets the majority of Chair Airlines

The Polish Charter airline bought in may at the Swiss holiday airline. Enter Air also has a right to a majority stake. She wants to exercise also.

It all went very quickly. A few days after the Bust of Germania Leyla took Ibrahimi-Salahi Germania flight. The owner of the travel Agency Air Pristhina wanted to prevent that the Swiss airline is in the vortex of the insolvency of the German group, and it will lose its major Airline partners.

Three months later, she filed a 49.99 percent of the shares to Enter Air. In the case of the minority shareholding, it will not stay but. As the annual report of Enter Air is refer to the first quarter of 2019, the Polish major shareholder a Call Option on a further 30,01 per cent of the shares. That is, Enter Air, at the end of 80 percent of the Chair Airlines like Germania airline announced recently. "We want to exercise the Call Option, definitely," said Commerce chief Andrzej Kobielski to aeroTELEGRAPH.

"For too long, we will wait"

With the increase in the share there's no hurry, Enter Air, however. "This is not going to happen today and tomorrow. We first want to see how Chair Airlines developed", so Kobielski. But: "for Too long, we will wait also." You expect that your participation will write to 2020 in the black.

"We see many synergies in procurement but also in operating, we operate a very similar business with similar destinations," says Kobielski.
