For the Olympic pigeons

To the 2012 Olympic Games in London created the British Airways eye-catching special livery for seven Airbus A319. Now the last is gone.

After a little more than six years-ever Olympic fire goes out with British Airways. With the Airbus A319 with the registration G-EUPH the last Olympic Dove of the flight disappeared now witnesses of the airline. The machine is again in the normal course of Design.

To the Olympic summer games 2012 in London for seven Airbus A319 with the Golden dove livery has been provided. The nose and the upper Wing surface were decorated with a Beak and feathers. The pigeon was chosen because it stands for peace and social unity.

Conversion of the fleet

The Europe fleet of British Airways is currently in a phase of upheaval. Gradually, the A319 and A320 earlier date will be replaced by Airbus A320 Neo and A321 Neo. Seven A320 Neo are already in use and at the end of November, the first A321 Neo is to the British delivered.
